Cherry Bomb Boom begins life as locally produced cherry wine, carefully crafted and then gently transformed in our state-of-the-art production facility. Our bespoke conversion process preserves the delicate flavours, natural character, and inherent benefits of the wine, although not the alcohol 😉 — resulting in a premium vinegar that’s vibrant, balanced, and alive with complexity.

That’s a world away from mass-market alternatives made from cheap spirit vinegar, artificial flavourings, sugar, and colourings. Once you taste the difference, we think you’ll agree, there really is no comparison.
