We believe that for too long vinegar has suffered as the Cinderella of the condiment world, we intend to send Cherry Bomb Boom to the Ball 

Outstanding quality vinegar has the potential to make a genuine change to the culinary landscape and modify preconceptions in a way few have considered in the past.

However not all vinegars are made equal.

We create Cherry Bomb Boom in our state of the art production facility to retain the delicate flavours and ingredients from our locally produced cherry wine.

The conversion of wine to vinegar using our bespoke system ensures the retention of all the nutrients and benefits of the wine, whilst producing a premium product in a gentle, sustainable and repeatable way.

Compare this production system with some of the market leading brands who simply take cheap spirit vinegar with sugar flavourings and colourings and you’ll realise that, in fact, there can be no comparison.
